NorthUistBear 86
In my opinion we must hold on to him. I think he will be key for us in champions league. been reading a few threads about people wanting him out but really i think he could still do a very good job for us. opinions? Tumshie 205
Get rid of him. He's too lightweight. I have no idea why anyone would kep him at Ibrox
NorthUistBear 86
Get rid of him. He's too lightweight. I have no idea why anyone would kep him at Ibrox because he is a good player, and he did well in champs league 2 years ago for us.

Muff 245
I hate the lightweight tag people throw at Beasley. Can't be easy when people are hitting you knee/rib/ankle high, and when numerous forehand smashes are directed at you. He's been unlucky with injuries, loss of form (which is understandable), dropped, not given the chance.... I don't think he's ever going to fit in at Rangers, and I'd sell him for the first decent bid, should we recieve any?

craigreid 0
i would only get rid off him for the right price but unsure what that price would be £1 million or less ??
maxwellrfc 6
he would do alright in champions league but hes not really suited to the spl
simplythebest 11,453
He's not suited to the SPL because he gets no protection!
bluenoz 32,626
I would sell him for the right price but if no such bids come in, i wouldnt be upset to see him stay. He has a lot of potential and could play a role this year if he stays healthy.
johanhentze 14,783
People cry out for width yet they want rid of him??? He is a very good player which will be a big player in the CL.. Keep him!!!
marinho1982 0
I'd keep him, as he's been effective in Europe. Sell him in January, as we'll probably be out of Europe
sdunsmb 43
He's barely played a match this season, and his reputation has only really gone downhill in the last 2 years so I odubt we will be recieving any offers and if we were going to sell him it would be for absolutely fuck all. Whereas, if he impresses this season in the CL for example, we may be able to offload him for significantly more by next summer. Having said that, I wouldn't exactly be overly sad to see him leave, even if it was for peanuts.
grahamteuchter 1
Keep him...definately...great player if he just got a good run in the team..excellent player in europe
The Hammer 11 2,873
He was amazing against lyon away iin the champions league but in the spl he gets seven shades of shite kicked out of him
Danny 9
There's no problem with a player being 'lightweight' if he has the form to counter it. Beasley doesn't. tbh his SPL debut saw a hatchet job from Ross Tokely, and ever since then he's not had the physical strength to cope with the SPL. This is a tough league, and anyone who thinks Beasley's an 8ft armour plated killing machine equipped to deal with it is quite, right wrong. He's had no form for over a year, and his first season was merely adequate.

Jimfanciesthedude 25,642
He's had no form for over a year, and his first season was merely adequate. jesus fuck danny, his first season was ended in germany in november, and he didnt come back tll the scottish cup final where he played well given enough time he'll get used to either dodging the shot putter defenders or at least taking the beating
