I'm disappointed in his actions, but we paid fuck all for him and gave him a pittance compared to other 'important' squad members.

What does he owe us?

we made him into the top goalscorer he is today papa, we gave him the stage to up his game and become one of scotlands most prolific strikers in recent/if not all time

and if he had worked on his attitude part of the game a bit more, he could have been a very sought after striker

instead he will be remembered both as the SPL's top goalscorer EVER, plus the guy that said it was too fucking warm to play in a cup final

Sums up the internet .

Question my merits now.

what are you talking about ffs

my OPINION is that boyd hasnt covered himself in glory for the way he has been at times when he was a rangers player

yes he has been vital in being our top goalscorer for his time here, but also boyd had the chance to become an even BETTER player than he is now, but IN MY OPINION he took it for granted that his goals would be enough, and didnt work hard enough on the other aspects of his game

Thank the lord we do not exist on your opinion.

Big capital letters and all.

Lafferty and Miller are two better players than Boyd they create chances for themselves.

They most certainly are not!

Lafferty couldn't lace Boyd's boots - neither a scorer, target man nor provider.

If Kris Boyd had adopted a better attitude from day one, he would have been a different player. Only last season did he work on his game and attitude and what a difference it made. However, his attitude and performances after his injury were rotten (bar game at Tynecastle) - he also didn't look like he wanted to be at the club when we were celebrating number 53. He would be missed but is replaceable, just like most players at Rangers.

It looks like he has held out for a move to the EPL, and when one hasn't materialised he has came crawling back to us. That is assuming this story is true of course.

If that is the case, then it's very disappointing. We should never be 2nd, 3rd or 4th choice, especially not to someone who supports the club!

I would love us to stand our ground, tell him he's made his bed and he should lie in it. But let's not kid ourselves on here. We're in no position to knock back what Boyd could offer us in terms of goals, because we certainly can't afford to replace him.

There is no point in stubborn attitudes, it would just be cutting our nose to spite our face. Yes, we are all disappointed with Boyd, he is showing the typical behaviour of the modern day footballer unfortunately. No pride, no dignity, no loyalty.

But what position are we in to say no to a 30+ goal a year striker?

How far back do you need to go to find a 'Rangers Class' man??????????????

As far back as Negri maybe. If Mols didn't have that injury he would have been the best by far.

Both mentioned are quite a few years ago now.

Reality is the name of the game.

Define Rangers class - think about one of your favourite words, reality!

Madjid Bougherrra is a solid defender a cracking footballer who has never let us down on the park. In this day and age, Bougherra is Rangers class. Just my 'internet face' opinion!

I'm magic, just waiting on the next parcel of pish.

That's good, it's just you're coming across as a bit of a fanny.

Fanny or not, I at least reply to a direct quote.

Unlike some....................

But hey, status on the internet means everything when actually meaning nothing in reality.

So why are you bothering to post on an Internet forum?

Jesus did indeed weep.

Defend the indefensible.
