If Walter said Messi was his target, would you slate Bain for not finding the £200million it would take to buy him? Bain has to run this club and make sure we don't make the same mistakes as we've made in the past. I'd be unhappy if we gave Kris Commons £20k a week. It would be a step backwards in terms of financial management, a step right back into the mess we're slowly emerging from. Thankfully, Martin Bain realises this and its him that's running the club, not the fans who seem perfectly willing to take the plunge back into the murky mess of the recent years.I'm glad someone sees sense.
