Johnson 27 Posted March 13, 2011 Share Posted March 13, 2011 As I said earlier, Ellis is out of the equation.The firm he started to take care of his takeover offer has been struck off the companies register in Guernsey.As for Whyte, his UK-based holdings company only has accounts covering up to January 2009.It faces a "Strike-off" motion because its accounts are way overdue.And he has form for promising cash for a takeover . . . and not coming up with it.
