Lagboat 2
for Newport County, my local side. Now, this is the 5th tier of English football and he can't get a starting place. I remember him being better than that when seeing him for the youth and out on loan.Or have I clearly missed something?

I remember him being better than that when seeing him for the youth and out on loan.Or have I clearly missed something?Looked a player in youth teams and even in our reserves but failed to do much when on loan.Like many of the diminutive players we had coming through the ranks failed to fulfil the promise when playing against older and bigger players. Irwin Sparkes 97
He looked even more out of his depth than Andrew Little
Gaz52 11,837
I stayed round the corner from him when I lived in Kilmarnock, he had alot of potential and on occasions looked a good player but fell away to fuck, pretty glad he didn't make it with Rangers as he's a filthy taig

Shame he must have just fell away.
MisterC 12,407
He had a billy big time attitude anyway and wasnt prepared to put in the work to be a player who could play at a high level. The fact he is playing for Newport County says it all about him.
TN8 7
He was getting on the bench for the first team around the same time as Andrew Shinnie - is he still at Ibrox, or is he another who didnt make it?

Gaz52 11,837
I think we all expected him to propel after his hat-trick in the YC Final but it never happened apparently he was full of himself as well
1st_Jan_1994 4,868
I remember going upto Arbroath for a midweek friendly about 4 years ago and he ran the show.I know it was only Arbroath but even still. Scored a couple of screamers too.
dundeebear3 0
Football is awash with players who look promising at youth level but fail to make the grade. Most of its due to either poor attitude or physically not being upto the job.
