Simy_RFC 14
I was looking through the Rangers Wikipedia page, looking at the contracts that players signed, i went on to Salim's Wiki page and found this gem.."On 28 June 2011, it was reported that Kerkar had signed a new one-year deal with Rangers.[7] Proving that in fact we are all truly Salim Kerkar." :kerkar:

We Are The People 62
On 6th July 2011, it is understood Rangers rebuffed an approach from Sir Alex Ferguson's Manchester United for Kerkar. The financial package, thought to be worth around £19.4 million, was instantly turned down by Rangers, and branded derisory. The boy is said to have a massive future with Rangers, and with only 1 appearance made, has attracted interest from the worlds biggest clubs. *Manticore* 1,893
Feankly I don't know what the management see in him.Why on earth do they persist with him when we have so many good young players?
The Weaver 61
Ferguson is a complete fool at times. Just because his best mate Walter is not with us he thinks that a cheeky bid of under 10 million is enough to take our superstar. If he wants Jelavic for 35 quid well lets talk. TerryHurlock 21
[5]A legend was born. He went on to become a cult hero with the 'gers, with fans adopting him as one of their sons. "We are all Salim Kerkar," a slogan used by fans of Rangers was also used at respectible stadiums across the country by rival fans. There have been previous rumours in tabloid papers that Kerkar could run as an electorate for the conservative party to challenge the SNP, although Kerkar has refused to answer these rumours himself. Superb ! :kerkar: :kerkar: :kerkar:
