He does the simple things and tries to get the ball in the box but people want him to keep beating his man yet that's what Weiss got slated for doing and not keeping it simple. I don't think we appreciate how long it takes some players to adjust to SPL level, we've seen very good players come here and struggle due to a number of things.One thing you can't fault him on is his workrate. He never hides either, not even when he's having a bad game and for that I'm willing to give him a chance because I know he's a decent footballer.
