Mr Soprano 13,964
I personally don't think so but a guy near me last night adamant he would have. Opinions lads?
JograBear 1,090
No way. The diffence was in midfield as we all expected.
CaptainAmerica18 846
Thought Bartley played well. He wouldn't have been marking Ledley for the goal so I doubt there would have been a difference.
albluenose1990 29
Would he heck, he has offered nothing in the air considering the size of him. What did the guy expect him to do, smack one in from 25 yards? Bartley played well as his replacement.
Turnberry18 3,204
This player is good; but is very over-rated by our fans. There are glaring weaknesses in his game that will mean we come a cropper with him sometime
adam2102 666
the game was primarily lost in midfield.however regarding the one incident of the goal, yes goian would have beaten ledley to the header.
Creampuff 22,630
Wouldn't have thought so.

keithgersbear 3,225
Might have organised the defence a bit better, ensuring Ledley wasn't free for that corner. All ifs and buts though.Probably would have headed the corner away. But like you said, we will never know.
theweebluenose 4,343
Bocanegra and Bartley did well enough, as posted above it was the midfield that went missing.
Jack The Flipper 5,936
Nope, our strikers and midfield are disconnected, I don't know what's happened but that is exactly why the long ball has made several appearances of late. It is a last resort due to inability to link up.Naismith barged through the centre of team's defences. We have no one that can do that now in the midfield. The only exception is our wingers, and frankly they are never fed nearly enough or at the speed to allow for optimum use of them.

Goianegra 4,710
Doubt it. Boca and Bartley were alright.
50ShadesofBlue 667
Nah, it was Broadfoot's fault for not jumping!
