Redsox1 1,361
I live in Falkirk and Dundee United have a set up here ! they are looking all over and getting talent. D.Ferguson + D Goodwillie both out of stirling and bluenoses.why can`t we see them ? Or is it really that hard to poach players from other teams ? no great scouting needed. everyone knows who`s the best players in each team.If we can`t get them early enough we should be getting them before they hit the big time and cost us £2M a pop.S.Brown and k.Thomson we going out of contract at hibs. You could have got them both for a snip. And please don`t say poaching isn`t allowed.
nachothelegend 1,932
Murray Park is the worst part in the running of Rangers; and that is saying something. Make it an academy, have someone run it separately from first team. We are bringing players through the ranks, some of whom can't use a ball with that much skill. Appalling.Academy Spot on it is the only way.Up at 7.00 am Teach them lessons in the Morning,English ,Maths and then out to the Park for 4 hours of Ball Practise,First touch control,Passing Static /on the Move ,Short Passing ,Shooting Moving Ball Volley's ,Shooting Dead Ball .The Basics.Keepy up ,Penalty's after that Set Pieces. Then a Bit of Phys to finish off . Practise Match for 30 Mins .Stuff the SFA Criteria for Coaching it isn't working .Less Braun and more Brain.
