Adam wasnae even whispered about in the run up to the award. Methinks its purely because cellic won the league they felt they had to give it to a jungle jim. He is a bit better than adam in terms of his passing and vision but hes certainly not the "world class" player celtic fans make him out to be and i dont think a few free kicks warrant a POTY award especially as he does very little in a lot of matches. Hits a cracking free kick and does very little the rest of the time. look at the man utd matches, 2 superb freekicks and was virtually anonymous for the rest of the matches. I agree with this.In fact, I'm hard pressed to pick an overall POTY from the SPL at all this season. If Barry had been consistent, he'd have been mine, but he wasn't.
