spireblue 229
So what happenes now with him? Since he signed for us but was not registered is he still entitled to a wage?not sure but it would be ridiculous not to pursue his signing if he was being paid, probably if spl wouldnt sanction it then his contract would not be valid, not sure.or de we pay him off until end of season, now that would be crazy. TheLawMan 6,240
So what happenes now with him? Since he signed for us but was not registered is he still entitled to a wage?Even if he was signed, the administrators would simply pay him off with no pay due.Good decision by the club though as a) would be waste of time b) sends the wrong message to our creditors c) would hate to think other junior or non playing staff were made redundant whilst paying him £7.5k a week. Blue Forever 179
I don't think that we would have chosen not to pursue this signing if we were going to have to pay him if we were unsuccessful in our appeal.
simplythebestest 2,148
Listen lads, I'm no expert in any matter of contracts whatsoever. But I can tell you 100%, categorically that any deal he signed would be dependant on being cleared to play. Any other way of doing business would be deranged beyond even Whyte's standards. LeeWallaceRFC 3,920
Cousin wouldn't take the pay anyway, he'd just walk away. Got a lot of respect for him,.

Absolutely shocking!! (But for scientific purposes, who is she?)
