Do not know anything personal about him , my mistrust/concern is not based on anything personal. Does sending a text message at the 25th hour count as making a bid? How professional! But if he doesn't ever advance any sums to Rangers then he won't be "due" anything from them.Unless he's loaned Rangers £30m then he won't be owed £30m. As I see it his 'power' doesn't lie with sums owed - more with the fact he needs to transfer shares if there's a CVA and new owners are to be put in place.
