bluebellsareblue82 15
Only time will tell if they have earned their money. If we get a new owner a CVA on TBC by the start of next season anthing around th3 £3m mark sounds fair imo.
Sobatai 70
I don't think it's reasonable of people to have expected them to come in, wave a magic wand and sort everything out in a couple of days. It's taken many years for Rangers to get into this mess. Some of their thinking does appear to have been confused, but I imagine that the pressure is huge and time is a commodity in short supply. Time is the club's true enemy and Whyte's dearest friend at the minute. With plenty of time I believe that the administrators could, via legal challenges, leave Whyte high, dry and being chased by Ticketus for money. Ozblue 4,331
Yes it would be nice to turn the clock back a year wouldn't it Some would argue that it would perhaps be prudent for a certain Knight of the Realm to turn the clock back 24 years
Thermopylae 15,286
I just wish he hadn't run our fotball club into a wall the way he did with his car all those years ago
iconicman 8
The administrators fee is paid ultimately by the creditors and D&P are answerable to the courts. If HMRC think D&P are at it, they can raise issue with it though the courts. I suspect they won't.
MosesMcNeil 1,664
Although they fucked up yesterday, a preferential bidder should have been named, there was no excuse not to.You mean apart from the legalities of the process?Duff & Phelps statement on the need to inform the bidders and the subsequent delay: "Failure to do so would constitute material non-disclosure on our part, which is a serious matter."D&P could hardly have informed bidders prior to the SPL statement. Hardly an excuse.

Gash07 26
The Singaporean mob didn't speak too highly of them at yesterdays Q&A.

What was to stop them ?The statement (and timing) was public, official confirmation of the SPL actions. I can't imagine D&P contacting the bidders with information that wasn't officially confirmed. Chef 436
For these money grabbing untrustworthy administrators we got who some seem to think are dodgy, one would think they would work the holiday period considering rates at these times.
