D&P are legally obliged to get the best deal for creditors, whether by saving the existing company, selling assets to a new co or liquidating the assets. We need strong leadership and someone who isn't afraid of making a few changes. Also, there's no guarantee that he'll be the one in charge anyway, he might just be facilitating the bid.
