eosmhdo 1,879 Posted May 24, 2012 Share Posted May 24, 2012 only if you double or nothing it on d&p never taking the BBC to court.No one will go to court at all.These businessmen do not get to where they are financially by not employing good lawyers.My mate in London has a client who is a lord and his claim to fame in the City is that he has never paid any income tax in his life.Totally legally I might add.He pays much the amount he should pay to the revenue to very clever accountants but to these people it's a game.We play football, they play the rules.Thats the way it is guys.Limited liability all over the shop by the lot of them.So as much as some deserve to go to Jail it won't happen.Only time it does is when some rogue trader fucks a lot of members of the public over, in for instance a pension scam.Public interest=Jail time in previous cases, not in ours although imo it really should.
