JMac_88 310
Hopefully the Sports Direct deal can do wonders for both...If Rangers and SD want to see a bigger return they all need to get on the same page and work together at rebuilding our brand. That is one of the major problems i had with JJB, they did not care about the bigger picture. They just wanted to have the clout of having the Store at IBROX under their banner. The money was good at the time for us, when Mr.Murray needed itI hope further down the line we see more investment into the club shop and improvements in other areas of our retail strategy.Hopefully a Manchester City approach on a slightly smaller scale. Hopefully SD do not just follow the path laid out by JJB.Very early days and would be interesting to actually know the ins and out of the deal, instead of just little rumors here and their. WilliamFyfe 1,438
I've been in JJB and Sports Direct today. Most staff don't have a clue whats happening and I bought my Rangers jacket from JJB. The staff from JJB said she reckons a deal is in place to sell Rangers merchandise till end of this season
