GIJoe 98 Posted August 24, 2012 Share Posted August 24, 2012 When something like that happens you're a bit disoriented at first. Takes a while to work out WTF has happened. When I was 12 I broke my forearm in the school sports high jump. The sand hadn't been raked over properly so it was like landing on concrete. The back of my left hand was close to my left elbow. It looked grotesque and a girl fainted when she saw it. Ended up having three ops and had a metal plate holding my arm together for a year. Some spectacular scars too.
