geronimoo 1,570
Ive said it before but I believe in the future nearly all teams of a decent level and above will have a sponsor on their stadium.

MisterC 12,760
Plenty of very rich fools keen to part with their money out there. Russian football as we all know has so much money swilling around this is no surprise, plus the market out there and the population of that country means sponsorship deals will be more lucrative. The Russians have spent upwards of £30bn on the winter olympics next year so this is a drop in the ocean. Yes 30 BILLION, and we all thought 12bn was a lot to spunk on the London games last year so it goes to show how crazy it is over there with the wealth these oligarchs have and also that Russia should perhaps go back to communism or better still, Trotskyite Socialism. AlCapone 7,678
How can you compare them and us? Russia has a population of 143 million, we have 5 Million. Moscow has a population of 11 million and Glasgow 1 Million. Based on the Russian population any business is going to pay more to sponsor a stadium as they have a bigger market to sell onto. loyalfollower 1,543
If we can get 3-4 million pound for ours we should take it. I know some are against it and all the tradition that goes with it, but tradition never prevented administration or Murray over spending. After what we've been through wed be mad to oppose income and stability
