Following the appointment of James Andrew Easdale as a Non-executive Director of the Company, the Company confirms that, pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Mr Easdale currently holds 357,143 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.55% of the Company's issued share capital.

Well obviously someone has used this tactic to get on board, and the board have caved in to this.............why would they do this, could it be certain details may become public knowledge at a bad time.

Because, as mentioned earlier, he/they supposedly has an agreement to buy Green's holding which would make them the greatest single shareholders.

I've no idea how rich these guys are but clearly they're putting their money where their mouth is. It's up to others to match their investment.

Well, they're the ones in the chair so they still control the club.

But if anyone wants out, they may want to cut their losses before the price drops further. Certainly some games being played but still at relatively small stakes.
