In my humble opinion hearts discipline will be their downfall. Six player's booked last week and four/five booked this week with a red card into the bargain. I watched last week's game and they were far more the aggressive/competitive team but with rate of cards they're picking up it can't continue, soon with suspensions biting into a small squad the wheels will come off

It was their two biggest rivals, so ofcourse they were going to get bookings. At least they showed a bit of fight!

They never picked up a single booking in their first competitive game of the season btw.

What strength of resources?

Being able to shoehorn jig into midfield?.play Nicky Clark up front?. Being able to call up Seb Faure?

What resources do you mean?

The squad depth that we have in comparison to either of those teams.

We could have an entire first team out and still go into a game with this team

Simonsen

Peralta Moshni McGregor Smith

Shiels Hutton MacLeod McKay

Clark Daly

McCoist won't utilise it unless his hand is forced but that doesn't mean the options aren't there and that means we have squad depth that neither of those teams can even hope to match.

Granted it's not great, but it's more than either of them have at their disposal.

Hives and Farts are both shite, so are we, but we'll become less shite as we play a few more games and actually become good in a few weeks. Then we'll walk the league.

Course we will.

Cos that's exactly what we've done the last three seasons eh?

Financial problems will derail Hearts by the turn of the year wait and see.

This is a club that ran out of money before the 13/14 season even started BDO had to put the begging bowl out asking fans to organise bake sales, extra STs sales etc just to keep them going.

Wait till the SFA come knocking at that rickety old door down swinecastle way asking for the £525,000 football debts.

Rangers will win the league cause we have way too much fire power with Boyd,Miller,Clark & Daly take Sow out of the Hearts side who gets them 20+ goals this season?

Based on what? The scenario mentioned is more likely to happen to us ffs!

They've done what we should have done in 2012. Started building a young team and bringing on the youth. They've spent fuck all in the grand scheme of things.

Ridiculous post.

If our 'strongest' 11 struggles what makes you think a pieced together team would be good enough to get a result..

Having a plethora of players doesn't necessarily mean we have strongest squad...

Based on what?

Based on the fact that Boyd,Miller,Clark and Daly have proved they can score over 20+ goals a season in Scottish football. Boyd himself last season only scored 20 goals less than entire Hearts squad.

Financial side of things this is a club that's had 7 winding up orders for non payment of tax since 2006 while being in the SPL with about 50% more income than they have now. Still no shirt sponsor and the money they brought in from ST sales is the same as last season when they were running at a loss.

Rangers have financial problems as well but we have share holders and others willing to lend to us they have no one. If needs must we'll just sign all thier best players in the January window anyway they are our feeder club nothing more.

Absolute rubbish.

They are debt free, they wont be paying their youngsters big wages. You're basing this on a time when Hearts were ran by a mad man!

They are not debt free they are £6,000,000 in debt to Ann budge.

They also owe £525,000 in football debts.

They are surviving right now due to 8000 direct debits, they have to do that every month for the next 5 years to break even.
