bluenose244 2,622
Worst manager in our history, has tainted my memory of him growing up.This ^^^My feelings exactly.
True Azure 1,414
He has left us with a shameful legacy of players unworthy of pulling on a Rangers strip, not one decent graduate from Auchenhowie to make it into the top team, those who could see the abomination he oversaw left to join lesser clubs to enhance their chances. His shadow casts a gloom that will endure until we have someone who has the finances to overhaul the management and playing staff by sweeping out the ineffectual dross he has inflicted on RFC. Albertz 78 918
Some people are so blinded by their hate of McCoist and love of the parasitic board that they can't see the wood for the trees.- Coisty gets abuse for not playing youth but the first decent youngster that comes from MP over the last few years is sold for a fraction of his true worth by the board.- Our caretaker manager has quit and has no interest in being in the job. The board simply can't use the excuse that they don't have the money to bring in a new manager as they have access to £8m in funds if they need it.- That clown who mascarades as chairman said the Ashley loan would be used to strengthen the team yet another lie.- It took a full out fan revolt to stop Ibrox being mortgaged off.Coisty takes his share of blame but is not responsible for wasting over £80m of income over the last few years. minstral 5,375
When i seen us at Berwick in that first game, i knew that we were pish and Ally had not got a clue. They had a good goal chopped off in the last minute of that game. And since then we have never made any progress at all.

VladimirWeiss69 839
We will now know ally as the worst rangers manager in history, Look at the Shite he assembled and look at the players he let go. Tbh though if we get a decent manager in we will at least have a style of football and hopefully bring in some fucking decent players, Won't happen though as we are a mess from top to bottom. Kenny McDowall is not much better.

rbr 364
Watching Southampton today is like watching what we could have been , when they went right down the first thing they did was bring in a man who changed their entire philosophic and he was from rugby in Clive woodward , they have now the best scouting and coaching set up in England , what do we have to show for 3 years of mismanagement , nothing and still people will defend this board
Albertz 78 918
Nobody is talking about the board, wake upIt's naïve in the extreme to think the board have nothing to do with this as they just sold our best young player for a fraction of his true value and now have the funds to act but won't. CraigG 56
To all those who have been bleating "a win's a win" for the last three years when we should have been working on a total rebuild, this is what it leads to. Scaling home against the Elgins of this world was never going to get us back to where we want to be and ex-legend McCoist is primarily to blame. The board are 100% responsible.1. They have the money to bring in a new manager right now if they want.2. The scouting system should have been addressed 2 and a half years ago by different CEO's etc.3. Selling your best young player at a key point in the season showed all the ambition the Rangers board have.4. Turning down millions in funding from anyone but Ashley that would have allowed better players to be signed.

Mccoist should have put his foot down and made sure we have a scouting network - its was his team for 3 years for fuck sake. Unfortunately history has shown he wasn't either strong enough or forward thinking enough.
