Gaffbear 4,101
You could replace that lot just now with a tenner. We'll be freeing up £500k a month in wages i'd assume.
Jack The Flipper 5,936
Can't form an opinion, it's too vague a thing to say, could be enough could be not enough.
True Azure 1,414
I'd be closely examining the means and methods that Hertz and Hivs have employed to enable us to better them. Fuck sake, I'm damn sure they have not spent anything like £10million to produce the players that beat us. Turned the telly on yesterday just as the Dundee Hibs captain was getting red carded, watched for about 10mins, the big bald guy in their team in defence is the type of player we do not have, tough, committed and not feart to fuckin throw himself in front of the ball to stop a shot at goal. Get him in.
MaddistonKnight 1,572
a few boys have got it on here. We don't need to spend big. We need to invest in the club, the coaching, grass roots, scouting, and develop it from there. We can bring in good players for hee-haw that would actually give a toss and they'd get us up. Look at most of the players at Hibs and Hearts. Fucking us bandy, and what did they cost? Nothing. We missed out on Scott Allan for example. Another good reason to remind one and all that Ally is a dick and what you can get for not a lot.
Nalla1959 111
If and when we do go up we must be able to get second spot straight away, followed by an assault on first place. Knowing our support we will not accept being beaten by sheep shaggers, Dundee hibs, any the other teams involved in sporting integrity. We must spend enough in the first season to ensure this happens even if it means scaling the spending back in the next couple of seasons. Guest
It may be enough for us to tread water mid-table for a couple years till we get things sorted, but it wont be enough to win SPFL or do anything in Europe.
