The Club should do better at promoting these types of things, social media etc, the amount of work that fans put into things like Rangerschat or The Rangers Archive Match Footage fb page makes these pages far better than any official pages, and these fans do all tbat work for free, i cant understand how the Club are paying folk for this kind of stuff and they do half the job a few loyal fans do for free.

I sub to the channel on YouTube.

But most of the Club's content is uploaded to RangersTV, due to their being a lot of paid subscribers.

YouTube doesn't generate life-changing revenue unless your channel is blown up with millions of subs. PewDiePie is the most subbed channel on YouTube and he makes a fortune in ad revenue.

The monetisation part of videos basically works like this: You upload a video, then you authorise ads on that video (as long as the content belongs to you, or you have permission from the owner), then you are paid a share of the ad revenue by Google into your Adsense account, the percentage of which is determined by Google themselves on how popular your channel is and how many clicks your videos are getting.

The Rangers Archive on Facebook and their Youtube channel are amazing. The club should be employing these guys, they know what the fans want.

The quality of the youtube channel has improved alot recently. Videos are finally being uploaded in HD. There's videos of interviews, some match highlights, some slow motion stuff, gopro clips and other training clips.
