Slightly related - my season ticket seat is sold for tonight but I might be able to make it now. If I purchase online, does anyone know if my smartcard will activated for the alternative seat. Our ticket office needs a revamp fairly soon. 2 windows were open for collecting and it's basically a file and search procedure in there.
