rfc1990 1,140
Trying to sort out trains etc for Sunday's game. Would it be possible to get from Ibrox to Queen Street station for the 5.45 train or is that asking a bit much?
Wearethepeople72 1,860
You could always leave 5-10 minutes earlier if it's essential that you get that train.I can't see there being a great crowd on Sunday either so I don't imagine the subway being that busy. SeparateEntityMyArse 55,533
You'll make that train no bother getting a bus or the subway into town. You could probably make it in time walking at a decent pace.
OlegKuznetsov 10,816
The alternative is to go to Partick first, which may also be on you line. If it's not, it's only two stops from Queen St and there should be a few trains at that point.Where will you be heading towards?
simplythebest 11,453
If the subway line at Ibrox is reasonable than that'll be fine considering there's a walkway from Buchanan Street subway to Queen Street
rfc1990 1,140
Cheers. Never walked it before, might walk to the game and see how long it takes me.
BEE 4,880
Walked it a few times, wouldn't reccomend it if it's pishing down. Just walk to Cessnock and get the subway from there and you'll be fine.

Rangers#1 5,569
First bus usually run an express service from the back of the Copland (Copland road at Fairley street) straight to Central then Queen street, usually about three double deckers leave within 5/10 mins of each other, might be an option for you. The Widow's Son 399
Walked it a few times myself with a good drink and a band accompanying me. Nice, brisk pace, some fine music and you're away.
