Honestly can see Spurs finishing above Arsenal. As much as Arsenal have had decent results this seasons, performances have never been that convincing so a run like this was always coming.

Maddison, Van De Ven and Romero should be back by the end of Jan and they have great fixtures until April so could see them going on a good run. Richarlison being in good form will help a lot too.

Arsenal really need to get a striker in in Jan if they have any chance of keeping up with City and Liverpool but really not convinced they can as they're already on the limit of FFP.

You're one point ahead of them. Other than that 4 week period in November when they had half their team and almost all their defence missing through injury and suspension they've been better than you both in performance and points.

 that much better they’re still behind and couldn’t beat them. They’ll be lucky to stay in 5th never mind get top 4.

Spurs are about to lose a few key players, not checked the fixtures but expect them to lose a few points in the coming weeks

You couldn't even beat them at home and have had very little injuries to key players this season after spending £200m in the summer.

There's only 2 league games in Jan, so most will only miss 2-3 games at most, possibly less if there teams don't go far.

Their fixtures in Feb/March/early April are really good. Horror end to the season after that though.

Arsenal as bad as they have been will still be streets ahead of Spurs.

Spurs will take a few batterings in the coming months due to their gung ho approach. Arsenal will never be spanked like them

That doesn't really make a difference though does it? A loss is a loss.

They concede more but they score more.

Jesus, Zinchenko (as shite as he is) and Martinelli all been injured, Odegaard as well, played the best team on the planet and won without their best player.

Romero  get them all back and what? Draw with Arsenal and need awful referees/var to get results against Liverpool and United?

If (lol) Tottenham finish above Arsenal I’ll give money to a charity of your choice.

Well yes because Arsenal are more consistent and not as kamikaze as Spurs. Plus they have a much better squad.

Guarantee Arsenal finish in the top 3 and Spurs will be lucky to get 4th.

Spurs could easily drop points at United, Everton, Chelsea, Villa and Fulham and that's before making April.

Brighton at home isn't easy either.

Nowhere near as good of a run of fixtures as being claimed.

In the same time Arsenal have Liverpool, West Ham, Newcastle, Chelsea, Man City, Brighton, Villa - amongst others.

Martinelli, Zinchenko and Odegaard have played 18 out of 20 league games, Jesus 15 of 20

£50, you're on.

They’ve all still missed games. Martinelli missed Tottenham, and wasn’t fit enough to start against City. Zinchenko played 30 odd minutes in the first three games or something. Odegaard missed Newcastle through injury.

Why you laughing at Jesus playing 15 after including Romero and Bissouma who’ve played the same? And how many are through red cards rather than injury?

Spurs have lost Maddison, Romero, Bissouma, Richarlison, Van De Ven, Perisic, Sessegnon, Bentancur and Solomon all for extended periods of time eg. 5+ games. 6 of which are in their first 11.

Martinelli and Zinchenko missing 2 games is hardly the same, especially when both have been pretty bad.

Bissouma and Romero are both missing until February, hence why I said I can see them going on a run from Feb onwards when a lot of players are back.

Maybe Romero and Bissouma should focus on not picking up red and yellow cards and help their team by being available then, because they’ve missed two games through injury between them.

Was thinking about that yesterday, pretty sure the injuries piled up in his first season at the taigs, they will be on their arses by April.
