Long ball over the top with pace really does cause Guardiola sides problems.

ETH seemed to have got his tactics spot on.

Pep and his fixation about pushing full backs into central midfield made it easy for that. Failed miserably in his first season and now that he has revived it they now concede more goals. Now since Pep does it we see Liverpool and others doing the same with similar problems and puts the emphasis on top class striking options which only a few clubs have and can afford.

Pep started pushing full backs properly into midfield at the start of last season and they won the treble and followed it up this year with the league.

What are these 'problems' they are having?

I didn't see much of the game yesterday, so can't fully comment, however Kyle Walker doesn't go into midfield.

Regarding Walker, he's a problem for City, his positioning is terrible and he was nowhere for the second.

Gvardiol was terrible for the opener and struggled with the long ball over the top.

Dias should have started over Ake as well.

Leeds looked guaranteed to go up automatically a few weeks ago, now let Southampton pip them to the post. Joe Aribo playing in the prem next year. Fair play.
