excoriate 0
hahaha, aye, right then ya dobber. A bunch of 30+ has beens. A group of South American greedy buggers who can't be arsed playing for their oil funded "dream team". and Benfica!!! It was such a "hard group" full of "big name sides" that hardly any of their mob bothered travelling.

Bobby 41
without a doubt we have the toughest top 3 seeds in years, maybe ever. seriously, consider (and compare to tic's) Barcelona v Milan = ok milan holders, most would play them over barca tho verdict- draw / barca edge. lyon v benfica = lyon without doubt, best pot 2 side by miles. verdict - 100% lyon shaktar v stugart = ok the ukranians are a fair team, but no great shakes. stuttgart german champs. verdict - 100% stuggart. OURS IS THE HARDEST GROUP BY A BIG MARGIN

Del Juve 1
Was a tough group, but not the hardest group Barca - La Liga runners up Lyon - French champions Stuttgart - German champions Rangers group looks the hardest on paper nevermind on the actual pitch
BoltonLoyal 2
Strapon's a prick, he also said that shakatak had spent £45m on players pre season. So what! It wasn't spent on quality, they just paid out the money to get someone to go to that godforsaken place. He should know more than anyone money can't always buy you success, he tried it for years with manure.

lancedeangers1 287
The facts are that every pundit that i have seen on tv has also said that Rangers were clearly in the toughest of all the groups. They have also widely stated that a scottish team qualifying for the last 16 would be a great achievement, but for Rangers to qualify for the last 16 from the group they are in would be phenomenal.!! FACT. Celtic had a difficult task, but to say it was more difficult than facing the German champions, the French champions and arguably the best team in the world Barcelona is just silly. bluenose_72 198
the toughest team in their group is 8th in their domestic league. but are european champions. all of this is irrelevant though. who cares who has the toughest group, what difference does it actually make?
