On top of that I think the least we should expect should be a winger, full back and an attacking midfielder/playmaker However I expect we will sign three more Loovens, Quashie and Lovenkrands. Another Championship player. We need to be looking to get better. Plus we already have 4/5 centre halves!!! We need midfielders and wingers. I'd sign Davis straight away. Adam Johnson on loan and a right winger. But we need to get rid of dross like JCD, Daily, Cousin, Gow and McCulloch. THese players are either not good enough or just surplus to requirements. An ideal (realistic) team for Saturday: -----------------------McGregor------------------- Whittaker----Bougherra----Weir/Broadfoot-------Papac ------------------Davis---------Thomson---------------- Novo/New Player----------------------------DMB/Johnson -----------------Miller-------------Boyd------------------- Certain players need to be told to up their performances like Whittaker and Thomson (who i'm a big fan of, but needs to do more).
