CooperSF 5,792
Bily from RR says that we should get behind David Murray as he likes the way things are run. So is everyone happy about how our club is run by this man?
the goal machine 7,816
We can't boot him out. We need a buyer.
Paintbox 0
"Billy", yeh? Shock, horror at that one. As for Murray - No ambition? No good for Rangers.
MosesMcNeil 1,664
Thanks for the (good memories) but, on yer bike as for years now all you have offered is a path downhill. He knows it's time to go. We know it's time to go. Yesterday wouldn't have been too soon.
HelloMoto 0
I'd always get behind the team on the park. Off the park I'd rather Murray left.

mohammed87 0
Hes been wanting to get away for 2 years anyway. Theres no point protesting to get him out when theres no wealthy rangers fan buyer out there right now to buy the club

paul73 0
SDM's ownership has hand many good points. Not many complaints herad when chasing european success although that ultimately led to the huge debt. I dont know much about running a football club but cant believe everything i negative I here about him. We do need to ensure debt doesnt return to dangerous levels but would agree that more money could have been released in last 2 or 3 years. Time for him to come out and speak. Too many times in recent years we have heard that big things were in the offing for nothing to materialise.
clarkie 43
Been said before, when the garden's rosy, SDM is all over the media. Now when we need honesty and openness from the men trusted to run our club, him and that permatanned nancyboy are nowhere to be seen. Thanks for everything you've done in the past. Time's Up. docspiderman 1,260
No one will buy the club. Murray has ploughed millions into the club and is still doing so, unfortunately he has been badly let down by his faith in Bain and Smith who have wasted the vast majority of the funding. Whether people like him or not we are stuck with Murray in the same way that he is stuck with the club.
DecoLally 0
Dont want to end up like Hearts. so id wait for promising buyer who do good for club
1690 Posts 71
Aye, unless Murray decides to give away his shares we wont be seeing a new owner anytime soon. If it's an individual buying the club he'd have to be worth around £200 million minimum to consider throwing half of it at a football club. He'd surely know he'd make more money by sticking that in the bank. Anyone know what kind of fee Murray is looking for? What's the share price? Davy 68
Get him out. Interestingly I made one of these polls a year ago and the result was exactly 50-50. It now seems like that majority have wizened up to his ways.

wearethepeople 0
We can't boot him out. We need a buyer. Your right and this is even more of a problem. We have to find the right buyer too, that's why talk of the BB's and protest aren't actually going to do anything.. Still fans should voice their concerns. Murray has made a fortune out of Rangers, out of the millions we have poured into the Club.

Not many complaints herad when chasing european success although that ultimately led to the huge debt. That was then. Murray can't dine out forever on memories when every football fan knows where the club is now and where it's headed counts for much, much more than the past. He has only one real interest in the club now - getting shot of it. Until then, we will have no more from Murray than a relatively steady hand on the tiller. And that is not enough. Not good enough by far.

Where's the queue of Rangers loyal with their own mutli millions ready to throw at foreign players and their agents? Murray's had the for sale sign up for years and no one is interested so there is no one out there ready to dip into their own pockets so 'the dip into his own pockets' argument against him is bogus.
