And whilst we may be pish, have a bleak future, and seemingly no way out! FUCK THEM ALL, we are Rangers, don't forget that! Through thick and thin, we have some hard times ahead... But as a fan if you ask me, and all my fellow true fans what our reaction is to the challenge... Just merely gaze at our club badge.. This is something that has came into being over the last few years by people who try to discredit peoples opinion,because they dont like what that person has said. Murray and Bain have used it a few times,its something of a pet hate of mine,I dont agree with somethings that are said about Rangers,but I would NEVER accuse a Rangers fan of not being a fan because they said something I didnt agree with,its their opinion after all, this is suppose to be a country where free speech is a civil right. slimjim1690 4,534 Posted November 30, 2008 Share Posted November 30, 2008 Iv'v follow the Gers through the bad times in the late 60's & early 80's, stood in Ibrox when you could've fired a cannon in the place & not hit anyone, now while I wouldn't encourage fans to stay away,if it wasn't for the small crowds that were coming through the gates in the 80's nothing would have changed, although I wasn't part of that movement in hindsight I'm glad the punters [voted with their feet] it forced change. SDM has done his best,I'm not decrying him, just don't think he can take us any farther, and while some may prefer the devil they know, I think it's time to move on. otherwise IMO it's going to be more of the same for some time to come.
