Were always looking for GK at my club, if you's want to put your money where your mouths are RFC has a point about GK getting "cheapshoted" at amateur level i've seen some big GK getting KO'd. I've not played in goals for about a year or so, since I broke my finger(s). We play in a local shabang up Wishaw Sports Centre, it's pretty good fun. What team was that, in what league? I'll find out for you chief Always looking for more teams as per. I played in my mate's work side (they worked for Click Photopoint in Wishaw) and it was teams from all the local businesses etc. It's went tits up for a few weeks after Click went out of business, but working hard to get it going again Are you needing a CB by any chance? Or a Kris Boyd mooching bastard? No just a Goalkeeper. Sounds like it was just a local internet type league like what RMFC do, Amateur level is alot higher. Rfc_no1fan just said 'competitive', which our league is, but it's certainly not amateur level I was talking Amateur mate. I've injured many striker in my time, but they ALWAYS cheapshot you. I have had broken fingers, brused ribs, concussion 3 times, stomach injuries, studded on the chest, thighs and arms amongst other things. Doesnt matter what weight you are, if you get taking by surprise and its a hefty blow you fucking remember it and it hurts like fuck. At training I can come out and take everything without having to worry about getting a late hit, its easy I could do it all day (Just like a bounce game amongst friends) This is also why teams sign big commanding defenders who will deal with everything in the air and just tell their goalkeeper to stay on his line.
