Take it you mean away games?

There is no proof that Ub/Tbo set of pyro on away days.

Would be daft for anyone to own up, unless they want banning orders or fines.

They seemed to be fighting one another for the honour. This seems to be a bigger issue and given the rivalry between these two groups a lot of stuff is being thrown up in the air to be used as "evidence" for one thing or another...the important thing is the club and supporting the club, for me at least, and not individual factions vying for some sort of fame....and that is a shame because the added atmosphere is sorely needed.

Searches, requests for names etc while we're trying to get into the ground aren't normally covered by legislation.

Instead its a condition of entry. E. G. Refuse the request and you're not getting in.

It's the same as getting into a nightclub, they don't have a right to search you but if you say no you can't get in.

t's time that supporters started to question their position at the sharp end of bad laws, police abuse and vindictive prosecutors.

Fans need to ask;

  • With what legal authority us the police officer acting?
  • What happens to the images?
  • What exactly is going on? Why am I being filmed?
  • As someone mentioned if you have a camera film their response

Another question for the club be it Rangers or at an away game; Is it right for the club to film me without warning me and having good reason to believe that a crime was liable to be committed. Or is that indiscriminate filming illegal?

I'm certainly no legal expert but does this not fall under the category of 'unwarranted intrusion'??

Time for all fans who realize they are being filmed to write to the police asking why they were filmed and where the data is stored. Is it secure under the data protection act?

Don't let the bastards away with the hounding of football fans even if it is in National Socialist Scotland.

As I have said repeatedly, we can only be policed if we agree to be policed.

Here is some simple maths for you. 50,000 bears, 500 Police. 100:1 superiority of numbers. Working within the law, knowing your rights and non-violent resistance can stymie the Police. You only need to give your name if the police have accused you of an offence.

If the policeman asks you your name, ask him why he he is asking for your name as you have commited no crime. He must justify that you have potentially commited a crime to allow him to ask for your name. Giving him a false name is illegal, but refusing to give your name is not unless he says that you HAVE commited a crime. Get stroppy about it. 50:1 odds gives most sensible people a swift sense of mortality.

If you see a bear being hassled by a policeman for no reason, ask why he is being hassled and if 50 of us do it, so much the better. Suddenly the cooper will develop an urge to be elsewhere.

We can initimidate back without violence, thus we must do it to prevent ourselves from being unfairly targetted.

Not quite true, if he suspects you've witnessed someone committing a crime he can demand your name.

Facism is alive and well in Scotland. No other section of society would be subjected to this.......yet.

What if a fan refuses to cooperate? Are they refused entry to the Stadium - on what grounds?

Can almost hear Orwell - I told ye so!

It's probably a condition of entry with the ticket sale. Tried searching our website for the list and googled it too but no luck.

Hampdens came up and I'd assume they're all pretty similar
