The Educator 1,572
Yet again we see the spfl sign a deal and refuse to say how much they will receive, so we can take it that it will not be that much. Hardly an ideal situation when you are trying to chase betting out of football to have a bookmakers as your main sponsor. Ladbroakes does of course boast one Mr Desmond as a significant shareholder, surely as the major share owner in c****c this creates a form of conflict of interest within the spfl as so many of the officials in office have links to c****c? CaptainAmerica18 846
Thought I'd read £4 million over 2 years? Which is shit when Clydesdale Bank were paying £2 million a year for one league and now the SPFL are getting the same for 4 leagues
The Educator 1,572
will the share out be along the lines of the play off income - 13% to the bheasts and everyone else picking up the scraps? That wouldn't be a surprise as there are rumours that the cash raised from the play offs will be distributed throughout the leagues using the same formula. It makes you wonder how many clubs will have to go burst before the rest of Scottish football takes their head out of the sand and realises that Scottish football has been hijacked to benefit one club and one club alone, a club that repeatedly have brought the game into disrepute without any action being taken against them. OlegKuznetsov 10,816
BBC said £2m a year. So, the authorities tell players not to gamble on any football whatsoever, but here's the Ladbrokes League after the William Hill Scottish Cup, with all that advertising on hoardings, flags and panels, subconsciously telling the players betting and football go together. At £2m a year, it's more like The Broke Lads' League. I thank you! #Broke_Lads_League

So maybe some friends helped? Found interesting announcement on their new CEO at the time. Quelle Surprise.http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/business/moversshakers/article3753304.ece?CMP=OTH-gnws-standard-2013_04_30Ps was it Ladbrokes that informed the SFA on the Rangers players betting? I am sure nothing ulterior in how that information got out.

eejay the dj 31,964
Criticism ??Not having this .Doncaster and rebel band have been working their socks off for two years to get this incredible Sponsorship deal . Any links to the beggars are coincidental of course . After he got his salary increase ,he set about working his socks off for this .The media have given him/cabal such a hard time last few years suggesting in just a few places(and I mean just a few) that he and his cohorts should be replaced? .Think it's now been vindicated with this marvellous deal that we should now praise Scottish football Governing body.(corrupt cabal) for their sterling work in all this .Surely even another pay increase and more bonuses are warranted
