Yesterday was beautiful. To see ‘broonaldo’ 😅 owned all over the pitch was wonderful. If the guy was gracious in victory you might have more respect for him but after his previous sneering displays of classless behaviour; one word: karma.!

What is going wrong is in the main a piss poor midfield who are often too negative or make poor decisions. How many shots on target have we had of late? Dreadful. Shots on goal create chances that can be converted. That’s why we can’t win games cos we always seem to concede so need to score at least a couple per game.

We were unlucky to get beat tonight but this is becoming a repeating theme. When it comes to crunch matches like beating them, or the semi final or tonight we are failing. Too many not up to the task.

The strange thing with him is that his defending is definitely a lot better but now his forward play has gone to pot. Wtf! Gives the ball away regularly and dead ball deliveries are wasted 95% of the time.

He’s looking a bit wobbly just now but after McGregor he should be always one of the first names on team sheet. The chopping and changing at the back needs to stop as centre backs thrive on understanding between them. Personally I’d go for the experience of MacAulay with Goldson. Try looking at the midfield dross for today’s crap.

The midfield were more culpable. Ejaria gave away so many passes, What does Arfield do?. Coulibally has gone completely off the boil. Kent was a big miss the night.

Yes it looks like he was looking for the penalty and that was a mistake, dont know what he was thinking really. But don’t understand the hatred for the boy on here. He’s young and was thrust into the game. Just watched the highlights back and he didn’t have a bad game. The service he received was shocking and that’s where the real failure for Sunday lies.

I understand BBC policy is to ‘serve the public interest’ but wonder how they can be by withdrawing from proper engagement with our club, the biggest in the land. Despite the bullshit response I also doubt they are working very hard at all to resolve the situation. Therefore they seem to be doing anything but serving the public interest - surely that is a clear breach of policy ?

OP is right we need a hard no nonsense captain. Goldson would be a definite improvement , for me he has by far the most ‘steel’ in the team.

Tav has definitely improved defensively and I slagged him regularly. Yes his crossing has been shit recently but for some reason Candeias was really bugging me more yesterday. He is really starting to annoy that he can’t seem to be effective. He needs to step up to the plate.

Like it or not a lot of us pay this organisation and this is deliberate mischief making by some wee tit in my view . It’s not the first time. Just making bears aware .
