  1. The disappointment on hearing the news that Bougie was injured and wouldn't make it... The disbelief that Christian Dailly was not only on the bench, but that daft old bugger WS actually going to put him on....WTF? (Groans audibly heard all round the stadium - Watty if you wanted to destroy the Gers fans belief, boy did this substitution really strike at the heart ! The hurt watching the scum celebrate the first goal... Then slowly giving way to anger and realisation we have a highly paid football team that's bereft of ideas, fight, pride and belief - mostly propagated by a manager that seems so scared of losing he will play players out of position, play players that haven't featured all season, ignore youth, and sit in the stand glaring down at McCoist trotting about the technical area without any idea or authority to change the game. Oh and Walter, remember last year when we all sang 'You can stick yer KM up yer arse' - and you said some elements of the support 'needed to move on from the sectarian thing' - We aren't sectarian, we have opinions - he IS pish, and you have outstayed yer welcome, now close the door when you leave.... Lastly, the most hurtful of all - for those fans who stayed for the full 120minutes, heartfelt sadness, that not one player in the team could raise one wee small hand of thanks to the fans who waited for a wee bit at the end - thanks lads, enjoy yer weeks wages ! Oh and I'm still hurting and still will be this time next week...although I doubt WS will be bothered what we feel like ! Rant over - pass the beer !
  2. Nope sorry m8, was the full rendition of TBB, mostly West Stand area - its kinda petered out tho...
  3. Posted on this last night: http://forum.rangersmedia.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=101589 ps ooops just seen your reply mate...sorry !
  4. I don't normally listen to Radio Snyde, but today I broke the pledge to listen to the rabid ones imploding ! I wasn't disapointed ! However, in one of his many 'authoritative statements', bemoaning today's result, Spiers announced that he and some other hacks of ill repute had recently been over to the Piggery for an evening of entertainment and fun with Liewell, Reid, and others. He went on to say how they just looved wee Chesney, and thought he was the dogs.... If you ever needed convinced of his affection of all things Septic, then this kinda tops it for me. I utterly despise the man......
  5. I've never booed, and never will, but I understand why some might - I simply don't clap at the end of the game. What I cant understand is booing at half time. Whilst its hard, I'd think it would be more beneficial to the team to not boo, but try (and I know its hard) and get behind them for 90 minutes.
  6. Pretty cool this - I can actually see the place from my house, well with binoculars ! I think you will find that the graveyard gets looked after reasonably well. I also know the guy that lives in his old house - works in a certain local Naval establishment !!
  7. Spot on - If you shell out cash and support the team in minor cup clashes via the CCCS, then you should be right at the top of the pecking order. Anyone who didn't go to the semi, shouldn't be in any draw.
  8. Nice photo. I visted Moses McNeil's last home in Rhu a couple of years ago and took a walk up to the cemetery where he's buried. The people living in the house only became aware of its historical significance relatively recently and there's an old lady that lives nearby who remember Moses McNeil from when she was a young lass. I know the guy that lives in Moses McNeil's house - and of course live nearby..... 34
  9. David Murray was getting his coat. David Murray never ever sits in the Main Stand for the second half.

  17. Cant comment on other websites, this is the only one I read and post on. This was relayed to me first hand from a banking source, however, I respect your prorogative to disbelieve what I've written and I suspect you wont be the last to challenge it. Its called opinion. However, remember this post, if you read of a prestigious sporting institution going to the wall in a few days.
  18. Having thought about this, and not normally prone to posting unsubtantiated rumour, I've decided to post what may be construed as a controversial post regarding the current Rangers FC financial situation. Again, this is unsubstantiated, and I cannot divulge the source, but i'd say its pretty reliable: Following a senior banking do last week, some 'loose' talk occurred on the current debt situation between the bank & RFC ie Murray. Seemingly, one of the bankers divulged that because of the current financial crisis, many businesses have had loans and borrowings 'called-in', one of them being RFC. Source reckons its not the full amount, but a fair few millions have been called in just before the Xmas break, hence Murray is panicking to raise some cash PDQ. Similarly I understand that another sport related business located in the West of Scotland, has had the same treatment, and either is, or is going into administration. I have the details, but I dont think its appropriate to publish that as its not RFC related. I guess if true, which it seems likely, then we are indeed in a terrible state financially - seemingly the state of Murray's own companies have prompted this action - again if true. I wouldnt be offended if this post is met with derision and is pulled by admin, but in the absense of any info from Murray, I thought it may be time to publish information thats doing the rounds. ps; I have additional info, not for publication but happy to share with admin for corroboration purposes. 34
  19. I detest FF - got banned for no reason....wouldn't even reply to me Full of megalomaniac administrators.....

  21. He sure was, and still is ! Had the pleasure of meeting him twice, along with Mr Sheene (RIP). 34
  22. Isnt it more an age thing? younger fans think its 'Uber' to blindly go along with whatever Murray dishes out in some sort of blind obedience, deluded by the misapprehension that continuing to follow Murray like sheep, elevates them to 'Uber fan' status..? Most wont wont remember much before Murray's tenure.... Surely taking short term financial action against Murray would be a braver option?
  23. Jezzo, when did Lafferty look remotely like a football player?
  24. Ok - so we do nothing - again?.....and again....?
