The amount of time Barasic and Lundstram have miles of space in front of them to run into but darent do it and pass it back or sideways is unreal.

If I was in Davis's shoes right now I'd operate on an absolute policy of being dropped until you earn your place back for any poor performers. Too many are in that starting line up are there just because they are the biggest names and are coasting. Anyone not giving every last scrap of 100% needs dropped and if it means we get to Xmas playing youths plus cantwell, butland and roofe/danilo then so be it.

Same. Negativity out in force as always. Very even, completely winnable from this point. We’ve had the best chance, should have had a penalty for the shirt pull. And we’re it not for a few final balls or decisions we would probably be ahead. Yes it’s been frustrating at times but that’s because we are playing against a very good team who were tipped to dominate this group.

I know Beale is not new in the door, but all of these new signings are. I’d be amazed if the board were to get rid of him before Christmas in order to prove disprove whether this team can eventually gel and perform. Early indications are worrying but I doubt he’ll get sacked on early indications….
