The majority need to move on. They've become stale, or have never had it to begin with and shouldve been moved on earlier. The manager needs to go as he doesn't really seem to have any personality or presence. Rather meek and meh.

The fact he's done sod all...sorry a 7th place finish one year doesn't really suggest he's cut out for us.

Add that to Goldsons not competing at 3 nil down to hibs and Kents, we prefer underdogs and you'll see what's wrong at the club.

Personally I think that mentality holds us back by being continuously focused on the short term. So we've won most domestic trophies...other than in this backwater, no one cares.

Not really. I mean as I said in the match thread. We get told he struggles because they double up on him. Well today I didn't see much doubling up and he still played it back, still didn't really attempt to take anyone on. Hes done here. He's not getting better or more consistent...move him on.

I think it's safe to say Kent can leave any time he wants. Lost count how many times I've been told he gets doubled up against. Numerous times today he's had one person in front of him with space behind and he's done nothing. Or than that we've played some good football and defence has played way better than I was expecting. Yes that's right the youth team dictate how the 1st team play. That's exactly what I said. Arsehole. Gerrard and the dof at the time implemented the style. The plan at the time was everyone doing the same thing so players could integrate seamlessly. If a new manager was required, they were already likely on a list due to having the same preference of style of play. Gio pretty much is playing that same style as Gerrard. We might appoint a manager with a different type of football, that would then be rolled out across the teams. However seeing as they want continuity they've likely already got managers names that play 433 or a close variation of that. You can be the big arsehole all you like but that was the point of the DoF, to ensure continuity, always having players/managers to fit the system.

That was me but I wasn't suggesting the dof sets out the team & tells Gio what to do. Theres an agreement on what it's going to be and that allows for players to be identified to fit in to that system and not just buy and randoms. Or that's how it's supposed to work. It's about continuity.

Ok it's not only the DoF...but there's agreements on the setups and how it's going to work. The setup was supposed to be as I said tho. The younger teams were also supposed to play the same system to allow seemless integration. Either way...all need to go.

You can change the manager all you like but our set up is this DoF...sets out shape of team DoF...identifies players to fit in the team DoF...identifies coaches to coach team This is to provide continuity, so no matter who comes and goes, whether that's players or managers, the next person (player or manager) fits in. We need a clear out top to bottom. Just the manager will make fuck all difference.

I think Gio is giving a message to the DoF...I hope. Either way the current care takers at Rangers are really fucking us over.

Look for a replacement and move him on. If he was any good, there would be bids, he's not and there hasn't been. A team with lesser expectations will get more from him no doubt .

Tbh that was his best contribution. I'm done with him. We've had little return from him. He needs to be at a club who don't expect anything...thats where he'll likely perform as the pressure isn't there.
