Depends what you mean by "better". In terms of displays and loudness they are obviously going to be as they have more members that leads of both more money and more voices. They are also located in the clubs official singing section in the celic end, so some of the voices from that area aren't even members of the blue order. But the UB are catching up fast, with over double the amount of members as there was in 09/10 and taken the Ultras image rather than the supporters group image that TBO has, to make a clear divider between the groups.

Yes they get transported from central locations. At least the stewards who I have known are. Licenses cost £245 every three years for Security Officers (Need at least one for each stand). They also have to be trained in first aid and crowed control. And put at minimum put on a Level 2 Stewarding course. Lets not forget wages, £7 a hour. Times all that by 100. Compare that to a stewarding company that ask for a set amount and that is the end of it.

No chance it will save money. Some of the expenditures out of the top of my head: Transporting stewards to the ground.Keeping upto date with individual licences.UniformsAdvertising for the jobs.
