Jofra has been missing for so long I'm no sure his loss will be that much of an issue. Especially on English wickets. 
Definitely feel sorry for Foakes though. Hopefully Ginger Johnny is in his top form and not the patchy displays he was producing pre Bazball days. 
But I'm excited for the Series. A home Ashes is very special. Pity I wasn't able to secure any tickets due to work and my assigned holidays getting all the wrong dates. But will watch as much as I can.

I wouldn’t have thought it possible but somehow this thread is fucking worse than the game yesterday.

Done the tour of MCG yesterday. Brilliant big venue and  the long room is just so special. Modelled on the one at Lords.
