Pilates - AC Milan & Fulham endorse it, should we?
rossf replied to rossf's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
sorry can admin move this to bears den, posted in the wrong place -
Iv read recently that Fulham and AC Milan are incorporating pilates in to their training. AC Milan aparently doing it for 1 hour a day to increase core strength. I dont claim to know anything about this but i hear its supposed to be good for core strength and flexibility. Do we, or should we be doing something like this to help the fitness levels at our club and in particular for some players. Boyd and Adam to name a couple.

i think we are forgetting that papac can play there and with broadfoot fit we then have 4. not saying they are good enough but there is cover

Whats Boydie worth if that diver ronaldo . . .
rossf replied to BLUEDIGNITY's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Boydie wins you the league and this is the thanks he gets ? This cup final was a day oot, lighten up, like me Boydie had been drinking 20 pints a night from the previous Sunday, he wis entitled to feel hoat in fact a wis boilin maself ! Here lies the problem with Boyd, and most of the squad. Doubt Man u players would do the same or any other players from decent team. -
Dailly "My role here is to fill in when required,"
rossf replied to Boab's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
am i missing something here? surely being fit and ready should be a pre-requisit of any rangers player. what WS should have is players of quality and ability to call on. its sad when all we require nowadays is someone who is willing to put in a shift. -
We will soon know if WS will bring the Boozing Buddys

I would have boh on the bench. Unfortunetly our squad isnt big enough to leave them out. In time i would have Mcgreggor back, hes a far superior keeper than Alexander. As for ferguson i think hes finished. As captain he was supposed to set the standard for Rangers from 1st team through to the youngest youth players and he has let them all down. Unless he seriously changes his ways i think having him as a Ranger brings us as a club down. -
after this i dont think barry should still be rangers captain. he is the one who is supposed to set the example for youngsters not the one instigating all night partying. we've had this problem at our club for years gazza, charlie miller and now barry and co, it needs to stop.

They are so awful, it's the worst techinque ever. kind of reminds me when big amo used to take then. either miles over the stand or a cracking strike

totaly agree with it all. the wasted millions and lack of any player with creative ability.

Any chance of backing our players during games?
rossf replied to rossf's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
the supporters groups should get together and try and sort something out regarding our songs. show harmony over new lyrics, with offensive words removed, and go to the record and sun with a news story saying we are changing and so are the words in our songs. this would reach most of our fans and i think the uptake would be enough that idiots who would still shout would be either evicted or at leats unheard on telly. we need to evolve. im ready and waiting for some leadership -

thats rubbish. are young and old people not passionate enough to care about the club? of course peopple have the right to complain, but as supporters we should at least try and support our players during the game! -
well i dont know who should play coz we never get a chance to see anyone other than the normal pish. but i would drop broadfoot weir whittaker ferguson adam from the line up that faced celtic
-
As fans we are supposed to back our players and manager during the game. this is generaly done by singing. howver some of the loudest chants at ibrox nowadays are negative ones directed at either SDM, WS Charlie Adam Lee Mculluch etc please can we at least back our team while they are playing, iv heard rumours that teams play better when their supporters act like a 12 man! save any anger for after the game has finished please, especialy anger that is directed to our players. it can hardly be motivating when you hear your own fans shout obscenities at you

thats a bit of a shock hearing that Velicka is out

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH – Time to bring OUR roar back!
rossf replied to mccoist355's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
obviosly i dont agree but i also dont garee with sensoring all violence on tv. banning all chart songs that make have lyrics that i dont agree with. maybe we should sing about hugging celtic fans and only sing about love etc -

I dont think "surrender or you die" should make a re-appearence. Think about it - if Hullo Hullo returned, there would definitely be attention drawn to the fact in the media. Only by having words untouchable to the hordes of MOPEs, PC brigade etc... could we have the last laugh and bring the chant back for good. many national anthems have lines asking for surrender etc so i see no reason to remove it -

:unionflag: this gets my vote, its the fenien bit thats offensive. hence just remove that than completely change the song -

whoever decided to give an injury prone player a 3 year deal, when he was injured at the time, should be sacked. In any other business this wouldnt happen and if it did heads would roll.
