  1. 2 - 1 to us FGS Cuellar from a corner
  2. if we are sticking with the 4-5-1 i agree, but could be doing with 2 quality wide men aswel
  3. my ratings Alexander 6.5 Broadfoot 5 Cuellar 7.5 Weir 7 Papac 7 Davis 6 Ferguson 5 Hemdani 4 Thomson 6.5 Whittaker 6.5 JCD 6 Subs: Novo 4 McCulloch 3 Boyd 2
  4. there were a couple of occasions when broadfoot had the ball at his feet on the right with the oppertunity to go forward into space but he stops and passes sidyways or backwards. for me this is criminal especialy when we are playing defefnsive and trying to catch the team on counter attack
  5. i agree how broadfoot stayed on tonight i will never know. why boyd got only 5 mins il never know. what does walter need to show him on paper that takes 10mins to write? score kris? why did it take so long to make a change? mcculloch coming on annoyed me as he does very little this is not a witch hunt, its just my two cents im proud of all the players and management team but i question some of the subs/timing of subs
  6. theres no way broadfoot played better than cuellar. and to say he was our best player is a joke. he wasnt bad is about the best i can say about him.
  7. TBH there was probably more tims in ibrox than there was police and security at the start so it was basically a free for all. i queued for the main stand and people just walked in the q whereever they wanted. was always going to happen without tickets. nevertheless i got in and had a great time
  8. coisty will come on and score a overhead kick in the last minute! if only lol. same as everyone dnt care as long as we win
  9. can we realy lose with the 3 muskateers (walt, david and alex) on our side? the 3 finest scottish footballing minds combining to beat the russians. We will do it!!! :unionflag:
  10. definetly hope he stays next season. maybe not to start every game but as cover for right back and centre half. always guarenteed that he'l give 100% and hes a rangers man. good to hear theres good banter between the squad, learning most of it form coisty no doubt.
  11. sorry im a student so wasnt quite sure what day is. aye for wednesday. i know the gers site says go for 6.30 but i reckon that might not guarentee me a seat
  12. realisticly when should i get there to be guarenteed to get in coz everyone and their dog seems to be going. i was thinking maybe around 6?
  13. I was thinking more alexander broadfoot, cueller, weir, papac davis, bazza, thomson darchville, boyd, novo more chance of coisty starting than smith picking boyd
  14. if we could do a straight swap for cousin i would take that! davis has proved to be a useful player, while cousin has proved that hes an idiot at times
  15. also from the news report on the bbc http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ers/7394703.stm it says "Newcastle's is nearly three times, Aston Villa's is double, Everton's is double" had to read that twice about Derby thought i must have been dreaming. makes our success this eeason even more sweet when you look at what we are competing against.
  16. if you watched our performances that season near the end , we got worse every game , playing pish football , the facts were we lost the league he was the manager and it was time for him to go sounds familiar, hopefully not de ja vu
  17. i remember at the time thinking that it was time for a change aswel but in hindsight think its a bit ridiculus to sack (or as to leave nicely) a manager who had been so succesful and helped us dominate in Scotland for years.
  18. is David Murrays decsion to sack Walter Smith in 1998 after winning 7 league titiles, 3 scottish cups and 3 league cups in 8 years as manager the biggest mistake ever? I wonder what could have happened if he had stayed?
  19. i think it will depend on us winning the league and getting in to the group stages of the champions league automaticaly. finish 2nd and we will have a good £5/6 million less to spend
  20. wow a topic where everyone agrees. that makes it 2 along with the "i hate celtic" thread
  21. does this mean that 13% of the people registered for this forum are celtic fans?
  22. i hate FIFA and EUFA but i dont hate football disliking out govening bodies, SFA and SPL, doesnt mean we should stop supporting our national team. We should all get behind them especily as half our team represents Scotland. I want our players to suceed with club and country.
  23. imagine 10 metre sticks placed beside each other length ways and the same for the height sorry i couldnt resist
  24. its good to see the u17 turks arent like there first team and dont like to time waste or stay down when the clearly arent injured! but they did deserve the win. Fleck showed a couple of nice touches but was prety anonomous, our keeper was good and campbell up front looked ok, didnt have that much service to prove himself though.
