  1. There are not very many English footballers that find success overseas. Beckham is the only one in recent years I can think off.
  2. That's amazing. Colin stein was the last player to have scored a hat trick for Scotland.
  3. Bertie bombscares must be in with a shout.
  4. Earliest football memory I can think of was Davie Cooper scoring a penalty for Scotland against Wales that qualified us for Mexico 86.
  5. Trying to be positive...... he was better than Naismith..
  6. I hope he gets fikin injured and they have to pay all that money on wages for him to not even play.
  7. lookin forward to singing TFO when this wee whank comes to Ibrox... Robbie Keane why dont you go home..
  8. I'm no going to read all the posts but has Keane actualy signed yet or is this still speculation.

  10. I seen shellsuit bob in bar 72 once at a game also spotted natalie robb from emerdale in the club deck years ago when she was in take the high road... lol this post makes it look like im a soap oprea nutter.
  11. Get it watched. Will be in pub but already set the Sky+ to record it, a must for any Bluenose IMO. Yeh, but youve got to put up with the seville pish. Dont know if i could stomach that. Still it has a happy ending
  12. Who was Larsson before he went to Cel'ic. Had anyone heard of him? A stats comparison of his to Boyds at similar stages in their career is intresting reading. The stats are taken from wikipedia & are based on league apps only. Larson - (at 26) Games-231 Goals-99 (over 9 seasons). 1st @celtic (at 27)Games-266 Goals-115 (over 10 seasons). (at 28)Games-301 goals-144 (over 11 seasons). Boyd - (at 25) Games-265 Goals-141 (over 10 seasons). (at 26)Games-284 Goals-160 (over 10.5 seasons). The way Boyd has improved his overall game this season shows that he could go on to piss all over larson.
  13. Super Ally being interviewed on Radio Scotland just now. Nacho isn't playing cause his Mrs had a wee boy last night. Congrats to the Novos. Born in Scotland.
  14. Was on SSN apparently reported in the People newspaper. http://www.people.co.uk/sport/football/tm_...-name_page.html
  15. As said before best move for both parties. Oh Barry Barrywas going through the motions with us and we new it.
  16. FFS That was a blast from the past...hard to belive I was only about 12 or 13 then.
  17. I wonder if Lee McCulloch will now come out of international retirement as well.
  18. The weather on bbc rekon we could have 5-10cm of snow fall in a short space of time this afternoon. could our undersoil heating cope with this? W could realisticly be heading for another abandoned game.
  19. I can see Steven Whitiker being the next one to leave and being brilliant elsewhere.
  20. I think if the football improved so would the atmosphere, as there's not much to cheer about most of the time, an appreciative clap for a nice one - two or a good clearance now and again... The odd rendition of BOYD BOYD gets the ball.... etc when he gets his goal. All in all too much sub standard stuff and head shaking in disbelief at some of the poor passing and lack of vision.
  21. Never noticed the post 2000 bit, just went wi' in my life time.... now... Best - Gio Van Bronkhorst Fav - Jorg Albertz Both just squeeze into 2001 side....
