There are a few sources on the internet saying that we had him in 2000/01 season when he was 19-20 but he never played a game and went to Mirassol, a lower league team in Brazil. Hadn't heard of this before. He was getting in to excellent positions but wasn't doing enough when he got on the ball. Another weeks training and some game time in the cup should see him a bit sharper.

Some pace on him and great technique, would be a good signing, but as has been said he is probably not consistent enough. Have to admit that Monkeyheid can spot a player, just as well he can't put them together as a team.

That's what I think he will go for, a week too soon for Beasley probably.

As has been said we lost all our players with pace at the same time, then our best defender and then top goal scorer. The loss of the wingers resulted in us playing our best midfielder out of position as well. Now we have everyone back hopefully we will start playing the type of football we were in December. It might not happen straight away, but once the returning players get some sharpness back, especially the front 2, then I can see us going on a run again.

It's more like an interactive movie rather than a game, I'll be avoiding this one.

It is unbelievable that they still think that 'goal' should have been allowed. For a lot of the incidents in that list, there is counter arguments as well. Here's a few: The one about a soft penalty against Hamilton, wasn't the penalty given against Broadfoot in the same game ridiculous? Fair enough the Motherwell goal should have stood, but they should have been down to 10 for the lat 15 mins after Reynolds tackle on Lafferty. McGeady did dive against Hibs.

If we went with that team I would be very confident of a win but the chances of that are slim.
