I was sort of hoping Walter would be looking at Laudrup and remembering the good old days. Maybe thinking to himself that we really need some quality, creative, flair player.

Why are we all panicking. The transfer window is not closed yet. Lots of the big european teams have yet to make signings of any note. It's not as if the green troop have been splashing the cash either. Surely this poll would be more appropriate once the window is closed. So for now I won't vote for either.

It's already too late to have somebody new in midfield for the Kaunus game. I agree that we will probably wait until champions league qualification before spending much money on a quality midfielder. If that is the plan the it is a very dangerous one.

I do not expect Lovenkrands to return at all. I think it was just him responding to questions from the scottish media as opposed to a likely development. As for burkey, I really liked him when he broke through. I remember him breaking into the top team, it was so exciting when he came on. A player with some skill, always looking to take his man own. He wasn't the finished article though. He doesn't seem to have improved since then. I really thought he could have been a great player for us.

I agree with most other people. The stadium could have a few modifications, but not a whole new build. I would also love to see the proposed redevelopment of the surrounding area. Bars, hotels, flats, casino and so forth. This would improve the area and our profits. SDM is no business novice and i'm surprised he has not made the most of the potential.

I reckon I will have a tear in my eye when the boys run out for kick-off.

One of my employees spoke to Kevin today. He said his ankle is still badly swollen, but he still hoped he might play. He seemed pretty gutted though, so I reckon he might not make it.

Maybe every rangers fan should just take down monopoly money instead. If we all did it, maybe they'd be daft enough to think that's our scottish notes. Or maybe not

A shop in Glasgow wouldn't take a five pound bank of ireland note I had one time. I tried explaining that it was sterling and the same currency, but they wouldn't take it. I run a bar in edinburgh and we accept all sterling, doesn't matter if it is bank of scotland, clydesdale, bank of ireland, bank of england, whatever. I actually caught a debate about this on tv about 3 or 4 months ago. A debate at parliament. Basically they concluded that scottish notes should be accepted anywhere in the uk.

I am taking my camera down with me and will certainly be taking loads of pictures. Hopefully get some good ones in a bar or two, a rangers packed fanzone and some at the game.

I went down to Preston last night, to buy two tickets of a guy that posted on here. Everything was fine. He met me at the station, he checked the money, I checked the tickets. Then got the train back. Was only in Preston for about 8 minutes! Cost a good bit though.

I have one uefa cup final ticket to sell. Nearly all the sales I could find were people selling pairs of tickets. But I only needed one. So I bought two, and am looking for somebody to buy the other one. Now gone

As long as the players are not like me. I'm finding it really hard to stop thinking about Manchester. But i'm sure Walter and Ally will have shaken them all up after the weekend.

Miller is a real hard worker, which is obviously why Walter likes him. But how many times has he been through, one on one with a goalkeeper, for club and country, and never scores! Nobody tried harder than Sebo, but he couldn't score either, miller is just the same. I would much rather look for some creative players, who can actually make some chances for a top finisher, which we already have.

He wanted to leave in January so he could get a regular game, which is fair enough. But he must be wondering what could have been. With Macgregor's injury, Carroll would be playing in the SPL run in, a scottish cup final and a UEFA cup final (if we would have got to those with him in goals). Instead he is picking the ball out of the net at Derby.
