  1. I laughed out loud reading that especially the line "Pinky was Perky"!
  2. Celtic have always had a boulder on their shoulder. I can remember back to the days of Sir Robert Kelly, this is the man who took a knighthood in preference to Stein. He is also the man Hugh Keevins calls a statesman of football. A remarkable statement given he was the one who blocked Stein's directorship and left it to his wife to tell Stein's wife that Stein couldn't become a member of the Celtic Board as he was not a catholic. However things have taken a turn for the worse, since the appointment of the pernicious Lord of Cardowan, a republican sympathiser who, if George Galloway is to be believed - I have no reason to doubt him - got together and sang republican songs while both MPs of the British Government. He is the driving force behind this, Lennon is the patsy - pun intended! Whatever possessed Dermot Desmond to appoint both Reid and Lennon bheggars belief, but he will have his reasons and I think we all know what they are. Celtic are a club who have never had any class and now it is more classless than it ever was. Unfortunately the Labour party has allowed itself to to be dominated by these people, (especially those from Lanarkshire) and a wonderful political force (which was created for the people) has been damaged and now unelectable because of these morons. Rant over
  3. Was it not John Reids son's firm who headhunted Regan? The SFA would have made that decision regarding the recruitment company used
  4. A very accurate synopsis of what is happening. Unfortunately our journalists are running scared of Celtic, when they you be writing something very similar
  5. Listen pal I have been a Rangers supporter all my life and take pride in my club. Not only a supporter but shareholder, debenture holder and ex ballboy. Do not tell me you wonder about me - think about yourself and the image the club has!!!
  6. Lets be frank - this imposter should never ever been allowed to pass though the doors of Ibrox stadium. He is a ned and unfit to wear the famous blue jersey. I am old enough to remember real hard men who played for our club, who would have given everything for us - from Shearer to Gough. Why we signed this guy is a mystery apart from a wind up. Send him back down the road and cut our losses. He has never performed and brings disgrace on my club
  7. Couldnt agree more - we have always tried to hold th e moral highground but it didnt work - fight fire with fire
  8. To start a concerted campaign against all that is "Celtic" They have the 3 most objectionable characters in the game in the most important positions/ I.e. Chairman, manager and captain. And lets not go there regarding their Chairman. Might be hung out a multi story building! The rest of Scottish football should realise that they never forgave Hugh Dallas for walking into that coin. Where are the bans for: the lighter thrower the mobile phone thrower the diver
  9. Ally put his head above the parapet tonight by taking on the Ginger Bigot. Lennon reacted in the right way - shamed himself. Look at the track record - who is the guilty party? Lets go for these people and engage the rest of Scottish Football to support us. Martin Bain - grow some balls and get into them. Do not be polite!!!
  10. A lot of Muslims like a sherry although it is not approved
  11. Given Eric Cantona's stance against the banking world, should we not follow suit. It is obvious given David Leggat's blogs that the people controlling the debt at Ibrox are "Celtic minded". Wouldnt it be a good idea that many Rangers fans turned up at Lloyds and BoS and demanded their money back in cash and lets see how they react! Not one to organise but a willing participant
  12. First time I have seen Webster move in quite a while!!!!
  13. Presently working in Middle East. A new Scots guy is working on the same project albeit of the opposite persuasion. However the top Arab popped his head into see him and during the conversation asked him if he supported the Rangers like me. "Oh no" he replied " I support Celtic" Through his broken English the Arab said "I dont like the stripes on their shirts. Makes them look as if they are part of a chain gang from the American movies" Many a word spoken in jest!
  14. Hope you got the spelling correct on your tatt
  15. What summed up Boyd better than anything was when Goughie let the cat out of the bag. Celt*c complained that the linesman were not fast enough to keep up with Keane therefore a lot of offside decision went against them. Walter's response was that Boyd couldnt keep up with the linesman. Summed up nicely - answer is NO
  16. "It is a club with a tremendous pedigree and one whose ethos is closely aligned to our own," Lawwell, who recently travelled to Mexico with other club representatives, told Celtic's website. So do the Mexicans have a boys club............
  17. Why do people even listen to this cretin?????
  18. Hate going over old ground but Numan is one of those Dutch ponces who took our club for millions and spent most of their time on the treatment table. Aye, the sort of players that we have nowadays are exactly what we should be aiming for. Arthur Numan has a great love of our club. He even goes to Parkhead to support the club. How many ex players do that?
  19. Im in Cairo at present and get Dubai sports - he works as an analyst on that. And yes one of many who bled our club dry!!
  20. He is a Turkey Goughie's comment that he couldn't keep up with the linesman to get offside sums him up!
  21. Shoosh lads, dont talk to loudly about this as the Celtic scouts read this for tips as to who to sign :-)
  22. Boyd will be a loss as far as getting goals if we are maybe struggling. However the facts are, no pace, lazy, cant score against the better sides and we move on. Not losing any sleep over this one. I think he will struggle wherever he goes. Think about it - how many players go on to be a success after they leave Rangers - not many!!!
  23. I agree with your statement. I think Ellis, as I mentioned in a previous post, is no more than a stalking horse to get other potential bidders to throw their hat in the ring. I also think the work Alastair Johnston has done since he has come to the club has been more than fruitful. It could be after next season our debt is down to a very manageable level, given the champions league money for this season and part of next still has to come into the next set of accounts.
