Do you honestly believe that the youth development team at Rangers entertain anyone with the wrong attitude? Hibs finances (along with many other SPL teams) necessitate the gamble of blooding young players. This leads to the occasional gem coming through. McFadden/McArthur are great examples of this.

I really hope he comes onto a game down south/finds a niche. Perhaps at a club like Birmingham, free of some of the pressure he can find some form again.

I think he is being held back for his own good tbh. I'd like to see him getting time from the bench. A lot of clubs (I'm thinking Accies here) play there young prodigys because they need to. In terms of the SPL we have the financial clout to let them come slowly. Look how many great young players bloodied early have then went off the boil before they reach their physical peak.
