Thought he had a pretty solid game. All of our CBs at the moment seem decent. None appear to be world-beaters, none appear to be shite. It is the market we are in and we are in a better state than we have been for a number of years. I'll be happy with them all if they contribute to winning the league and improving themselves over time.

McGregor versus Bremen was probably the best performance any goalkeeper has ever put in in any shirt. In my time watching Rangers, Goram, Klos and Woods were the best keepers I have ever seen but that performance against Bremen was world class. Didn't they have about 35 attempts on goal?

He's backup. Of course we'll be weaker without Tav. We're lucky to have one Tav, never mind having two. Polster and/or Flanagan are fine when we play weaker teams. The idea we can lose Tav to injury and still be good enough against good teams is another season or two away. The only place we don't have that problem at the moment is in our midfield.

Ryan Kent started well in the Liverpool friendly with Bradford. Played a lovely wee 1-2 and got floored for the penalty for the second goal.

Bet365 playing silly buggers in my browser today but Bet Builder with Tav anytime scorer, Rangers HT/FT, Rangers -2 and most goals first half is 6/1. Not great value but not much is in this game. AIK, F91 Dudelange, Red Star and TNS to win is 11/2-ish. Astana, HJK Helsinki, Hajduk Split, CSKA Sofia to win, FK Sarajevo draw no bet is 13/1-ish.

Moaning when we lose or don't turn up is fine, people react to disappointment in different ways, but we do have a lot of posters on this site who genuinely seem to hate Rangers. Only turning up when we've been poor, over-reacting to every set-back, and finding excuses about how bad the other team were when we do put in a performance. Very Andy Walker-like in their behaviour.

Throughout my lifetime, Hearts have pretty much always been our bitches, Hibs our bogey team.
