Agree. Seems almost to have bulked up too much? Doesn't seem to have us much mobility as last season. Ball seems to get stuck under his feet etc. Heard it mentioned before that there is a fine line with some players that bulk up too much?

We as a fan base are going to have to suck it up with a year or two of mediocrity to see where the stand. Unpresedented set of circumstances we find our great club in. Winning at all costs is a probable side show to developing at complete overhaul of the club from top to bottom. Giving the time to carry out this philosophy at a winning club as Rangers is massive task. I'm willing to back the club in this strategy but in the short term we will struggle but long term we will be in a better position.

Sorry mate its not what we do do. I stand by my opinion that you are a fair weather fan. Dusting over team failing and what it means to be rangers player seems to be lost on a few players not through lack of effort but lack off ability and the mentality to be a Rangers player. I hope that in time they can grasp their opportunity.

As said in a previous post Warburton has gambled on a few nomad type players. Waghorn has quality he just doesnt show it on often enough. I feel there is too many players that don't grasp the fact of what it really means to be a rangers player. Hurting bear the now!

I agree. Don't get me wrong we should be beating these teams I just don't feel the board or management share our aspirations!

Sorry disagree. Seriously this season is seen as a free go if we like it or not. Stability in the the top flight and progress next season. I don't like it but that imo is what is happening.

If as what seem to be we are treating this year as a work in progress I would start Joe Dodoo when fit through the middle. A young hungry player. Has taken up better attacking positions than the other fwd options.

Hit and miss like quite a few of our players. Unfortunately their is a reason he has turned out for teams like Kilmarnock in the past.

Warburton thought he could develop players/improve players that had been moved around from club to club. It was a gamble and route that I believe the board encouraged so as to try and get by with minimum investment. Problem with players of this ilk is they cant maintain a decent level of performance that would be enough to win games. They are either great or poor. We can't win while playing mediocre. I also don't believe Barton and Kranjcar were priority signing for Warburton. They seems like board marquee signings. They just don't fit in to Warburtons style of play. As much as I hate to see my team toiling so badly sacking the manager is not the answer. Feels like short term pain for long term gain. Something that is unheard of at our great club but may be required to move the club forward. Whether he gets this time is another matter as the pressure to win is paramount above everything else at a club like the rangers.

Keep the ball and Aberdeen will not get a look in. On tonights performance we have nothing to worry about. I know they will raise their game as they always do but quality wise they are poor and have been all season!

To be fair an overhaul of the club is in progress. You only have to look at the changes that have taken place from youth to first team. The dificult part is having enough time to implement the overhaul and continue to challenge for trophies. All while not spending very much money. Dificult challenge for any manager. I feel more funds should be made available. Sometimes you have to make the tough financial decisions to progress the overhaul and have a more competative first team.

System def being tweaked for certain players. It's not working. Get back to what made us unplayable at times last season.

Agree. Believe this is what happened. Boss working with what he has due to lack off money being given.

Has to change system if he continues with the same players. If he wants to persist with 433 he has to pick the available players that suit that system better. If that means benching Barton etc so be it. Big decisions for the manager. Will he make those decisions...I'm not so sure.

I agree but where are we going to find these type of defenders? We don't seem to be scouting much outside the uk so will be looking at inflated prices for players in championship or top half league 1.Probably going to cost around £4 million to do so.
