I said similar in the match thread last night, back when Andy Webster was injured long term and he tried to make comeback after comeback, he shat it each time feeling phantom pains and niggles, turned out to be either anxiety about playing for us or about injuring himself again but he went on to play plenty games after leaving us. James Tavernier is a club legend wether some people think so or not, his stats are up there with the very best fullbacks in world football and no I'm not saying hes anywhere near as good a defender as the worlds best fullbacks but we certainly wont appreciate what we have had until hes gone.

Love seeing the new guys like Butland, Sima, Sterling winning a trophy with us, they might go on to bigger things but they will never play for a better club.
